Mrs. Florence Johnson age 88 of Forrest City, died Tuesday, April 12th, 2022, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR.
Mrs. Johnson was born August 20th, 1933, in Marianna AR, to the late Mr. Will Smith and the late Mrs. Pearlie Sail Smith. Mrs. Johnson's husband, Mr. Louis Johnson, sons, Mr. Terry DeFrance, Mr. Lewis Johnson and daughter Ms. Gloria Smith all preceded her in death.
Survivors are, children, Mr. Larry Smith, Mrs. Brenda Thompson, Mrs. Margaret King, Mrs. Sharon Johnson, Mrs. Felecia Johnson Doyle all of Forrest City, AR, Mr. Herman Smith of Fayetteville, AR, siblings, Mrs. Elizabeth Metcalf of Forrest City, AR, Mrs. Pearlie Daway of Orlando, FL, Mr. Willie H. Smith of Des Moines, IA, 20 Grandchildren, 28 great Grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service for Mrs. Johnson will be Saturday, April 23rd, 11:00 am at Salem Baptist Church, Forrest City, AR. Interment will follow in Casteel Cemetery, Forrest City, Arkansas.
The family will receive friends from 3:00pm - 4:00pm, Friday, April 22nd, 2022, at CLAY FUNERAL HOME, 2522 East Broadway, Forrest City.
