To the family: So sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Phillips. Remember Mrs. Zeopha and Mr. Tommy from the many days and evenings working on the houses in their self-help housing group. They both never complained. It was a great feeling when they moved in and I always loved seeing the happiness of becoming homeowners. My prayers are with you all.
